Bromelain

Bromelain is a naturally occurring proteolytic enzyme complex derived from the stem and fruit of Ananas comosus (pineapple). We supply it as a light tan to off-white powder with a proteolytic activity of 2400 GDU/g (or custom grades down to 600 GDU/g), standardized by the Gelatin Digestion Unit method.
