Bromelina

Bromelain is a naturally occurring proteolytic enzyme complex derived from the stem and fruit of Ananas comosus (pineapple). We supply it as a light tan to off-white powder with a proteolytic activity of 2400 GDU/g (or custom grades down to 600 GDU/g), standardized by the Gelatin Digestion Unit method. Each batch is accompanied by a full certificate of analysis, MSDS, and TDS, ensuring traceability and consistency for commercial use.

This enzyme is widely used in digestive health supplements, sports nutrition, and anti-inflammatory formulations, as well as in food processing for meat tenderization and brewing.
