Scutellaria baicalensis Extract is a standardized botanical concentrate derived from the dried root of Scutellaria baicalensis, a perennial herb native to East Asia. Known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Huang Qin (黄芩), it has been used for centuries to treat respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, and inflammatory conditions.
