Thiocolchicoside

Thiocolchicoside (CAS 602-41-5) is a semi-synthetic sulfur-containing derivative of the naturally occurring colchicoside, isolated from the dried seeds of Colchicum autumnale. It acts as a competitive GABAA receptor antagonist and glycine receptor agonist, providing centrally acting muscle relaxant properties. This product is supplied as a pale yellow to yellow crystalline powder with ≥98% purity (HPLC), suitable for pharmaceutical formulation development and clinical use.
