Sucralose Powder (CAS 56038-13-2) is a chlorinated derivative of sucrose, produced through selective substitution of three hydroxyl groups with chlorine atoms. It is supplied as a white to off-white crystalline powder with a sweetness potency approximately 600 times that of sucrose.
