Rafoxanide

Rafoxanide (CAS 22662-39-1) is a salicylanilide anthelmintic widely used in veterinary medicine for the control of liver flukes (Fasciola hepatica) and gastrointestinal nematodes in ruminants. It acts by uncoupling oxidative phosphorylation in the parasite, leading to energy depletion and death.
