Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Oil is a lipid-rich extract derived from the spores of Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi or Lingzhi), a medicinal mushroom revered in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for thousands of years. The spores are the reproductive cells of the mushroom and contain a concentrated profile of bioactive lipids, triterpenoids, and sterols.

To obtain spore oil, the tough, double‑layered chitinous spore walls must first be broken through a wall‑breaking (破壁) process. The oil is then extracted from the broken spores using supercritical CO₂ extraction or cold‑pressing techniques. This process preserves the delicate bioactive compounds and ensures high purity and potency.

Ganoderma Spore Oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, particularly linoleic acid, which is metabolized to produce signaling molecules that regulate immune function. It also contains ganoderic acids (triterpenoids), ergosterol (a precursor to vitamin D₂), and tocopherols (natural vitamin E).
