Green Coffee Bean Extract is a standardized botanical concentrate derived from unroasted (green) seeds of アラビカ種 そして Coffea canephora (Robusta). Unlike roasted coffee, green coffee beans retain high concentrations of chlorogenic acids, a family of esterified phenolic compounds formed by caffeic acid and quinic acid.

These compounds are largely destroyed during the roasting process, making green coffee beans the primary natural source of chlorogenic acid.

The extract is available in multiple purity grades—25%, 50%, and 98% chlorogenic acid—to suit different formulation requirements and cost targets.
