Mangostin Structure

Mangostin (CAS 1551-49-1) is the principal xanthone isolated from the pericarp of Garcinia mangostana (mangosteen). We supply it as a yellow crystalline powder with a minimum purity of 98% (HPLC), manufactured under controlled conditions to ensure batch-to-batch consistency. This compound is widely used in nutraceutical and cosmetic R&D for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Our mangostin is produced via a validated extraction and purification process, with each batch tested for assay, residual solvents, and heavy metals. It is suitable for formulation development, clinical studies, and commercial production.

Synonymes : Mangostin, alpha-Mangostin, 1,3,6-Trihydroxy-7-methoxy-2,8-bis(3-methyl-2-butenyl)-9H-xanthen-9-one, Mangostine, Mangostin xanthone
