Pyriprole (CAS 39467-66-6) is a phenylpyrazole insecticide developed for veterinary use, primarily as a topical ectoparasiticide for dogs. It acts by blocking GABA-gated chloride channels in the nervous system of fleas and ticks, causing rapid paralysis and death.
