Pyrantel

Pyrantel (CAS 15686-83-6) is a tetrahydropyrimidine anthelmintic widely used in veterinary and human medicine. As a depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent, it induces spastic paralysis in susceptible parasites, which are then expelled from the host. This API is supplied as a white to off-white crystalline powder with a minimum purity of 98% (HPLC), meeting pharmaceutical and veterinary standards.

Our pyrantel base is manufactured under strict GMP conditions, with batch-to-batch consistency and full traceability. It is primarily used as an intermediate for the production of pyrantel pamoate and other salts, or directly in oral formulations for the treatment of roundworm and hookworm infections in companion animals and livestock.
