Afoxolaner

Afoxolaner (CAS 1093861-60-9) is a systemic isoxazoline ectoparasiticide developed for veterinary use, primarily in dogs. It acts by inhibiting GABA- and glutamate-gated chloride channels, leading to rapid paralysis and death of fleas and ticks. This compound is supplied as a white to off-white crystalline powder with ≥98% HPLC purity, suitable for oral solid dosage forms.
