Capsaicin (CAS 404-86-4) is the pungent principle of hot chili peppers, a natural alkaloid used widely in topical analgesic creams, patches, and dietary supplements. Our product is extracted from Capsicum frutescens and purified to ≥98% (HPLC), supplied as a white to off-white crystalline powder with a characteristic pungent odor.
