Sarolaner

Sarolaner (CAS 1398609-47-6) is a systemic isoxazoline ectoparasiticide developed for veterinary use, targeting fleas and ticks in dogs and cats. It acts by blocking GABA- and glutamate-gated chloride channels, leading to rapid paralysis and death of the parasite. With a long half-life, it provides a full month of protection after a single oral dose.
