Pyrantel Pamoate

Pyrantel pamoate is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic used extensively in veterinary medicine and, to a lesser extent, in human therapy. It is the pamoate salt of pyrantel, a tetrahydropyrimidine derivative that acts as a depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent in susceptible nematodes. The salt form improves stability and reduces gastrointestinal irritation, making it suitable for oral suspensions and tablets.

Our pyrantel pamoate is synthesized to meet pharmacopoeial standards, with an HPLC purity of 98.0%–102.0%.
