Fipronil

Fipronil (CAS 120068-37-3) is a phenylpyrazole insecticide with a well-established profile in veterinary and agricultural pest control. It acts by disrupting the GABA-gated chloride channels in insects, leading to hyperexcitation and death. This compound is supplied as a high-purity crystalline powder (≥98.0% by HPLC), suitable for formulation into spot-on solutions, sprays, and bait products.

With broad-spectrum activity against fleas, ticks, cockroaches, and other arthropods, fipronil is a key active ingredient in many commercial products.
