Acanthopanax root extract is a standardized botanical preparation derived from the dried roots of Eleutherococcus senticosus, a shrub native to northeastern Asia. In Western herbalism it is often called Siberian ginseng, though it is botanically distinct from Panax ginseng. The extract is produced via aqueous ethanol extraction and concentrated to a 10:1 or 20:1 ratio, with eleutherosides B and E used as marker compounds for quality control.
We supply this extract as a fine, free-flowing powder with assay values of ≥0.8% eleutheroside B and E combined (HPLC), making it suitable for use in dietary supplements, sports nutrition, and functional food applications. Each batch is tested for microbiological purity and heavy metals, with full documentation provided.
Synonyms: Siberian Ginseng Root Extract, Eleutherococcus senticosus Extract, Acanthopanacis senticosi, Eleuthero Extract, Eleutherococcus Root Extract, Ci Wu Jia Extract
Every batch is tested for assay (HPLC), extract ratio, loss on drying (≤5.0%), and heavy metals (≤10 ppm). Microbial limits meet USP <2021> requirements. COA, MSDS, and TDS are available upon request; we also supply stability data and allergen statements as needed.
Standard packaging is 25 kg fiber drums with double polyethylene liners. Smaller sizes (1 kg, 5 kg) are available for R&D and pilot runs. In-stock items ship within 3–5 days; MOQ is 1 kg. For pricing, samples, or bulk quantities, contact our sales team.
