Capsanthin

Capsanthin (CAS 465-42-9) is a natural carotenoid pigment primarily extracted from paprika (Capsicum annuum). It belongs to the xanthophyll class, characterized by a unique cyclopentane ring that imparts its distinctive deep red color. We supply capsanthin as a crystalline powder with ≥95% HPLC purity, suitable for use in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food colorant applications.
