L-Arabinose

L-Arabinose is a naturally occurring pentose monosaccharide, commonly derived from plant polysaccharides such as hemicellulose and pectin. We supply it as a white crystalline powder with ≥98% HPLC purity, suitable for use in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical formulations.

This sugar offers a clean sweetness about 50% that of sucrose, but with minimal caloric contribution. It functions as a sucrose inhibitor, making it a valuable ingredient in sugar-reduced and low-glycemic products.
