Salicyloyl phytosphingosine (CAS 212908-67-3) is a ceramide-like ingredient combining salicylic acid with phytosphingosine. It offers dual benefits: the keratolytic and soothing properties of salicylic acid, plus the skin-barrier support of phytosphingosine.
