Benflumetol

Benflumetol (lumefantrine) is a synthetic arylamino alcohol antimalarial, structurally related to quinine and mefloquine. It acts by inhibiting heme polymerization within the parasite’s digestive vacuole, leading to parasite death. Supplied as a white to slightly yellow crystalline powder with ≥98% purity by HPLC, it is the standard partner drug in artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs), most notably with artemether.

This product is intended for pharmaceutical formulation and research use. Each batch is released with a certificate of analysis, and documentation is available to support regulatory submissions.
