Vitamin K2 MK-7 (Menaquinone-7) is the most bioavailable and longest-acting form of vitamin K2, belonging to the menaquinone family. It is naturally produced by bacterial fermentation and is found in fermented foods such as natto, a traditional Japanese soybean product.
